About NIOW

NIOW, established in 1969, is an independent agency specialising in the development of communication, management and language competences. To this end, we offer schooling, training courses and coaching – for individuals or groups – in standard form (and thus open to all) or custom-made for special in-company projects.

We believe that the development of human talent and competences is essential to modern organisations. It is important to realise that: people need to be employed flexibly, talent is worth a fortune, improved performance counts, and individual employees have very clear ideas about their own personal development.
